The mission of this Trade Association is to provide a leadership role in promoting ideals, policies, programs and cooperation by being:

• A forum for exchange of ideas
• A source of common understanding in education and development
• A catalyst and interface for the development and implementation of joint ventures
• An interface among CUs and the IBM Corporation and other organizations for the member CUs regarding policies, practices and programs
